      Worst management and no safety for women employee

      Pros

      While joining, they’ll make you feel worthy and appreciated by the HR or Director but once done with joining process, they’ll show their real colours and will do the exact opposite things.

      Cons

      Should know how to treat a female employee, specially managers weren’t good and don’t know to speak with female employees, they asked them to come and login during odd hours I.e. 11:30 pm wherein they wont even provide any cab facility to the female employee as promised while hiring. Nobody listens to HR, overall the worst experience and in the end, they’ll not even give salary to the employee.

      Job is not secure here Highly unprofessional people especially management and admin Very small office with no cafeteria and no other facilities. Poor quality of work Absolutely no culture Absolutely no process Gurgaon management listens to only few favorite disciples. Promotes favouritism Unhygienic place Never leave MNC for this organization Everyone is frustrated in this organization and wants to leave

      Unprofessional company

      Pros

      Laptops for every employee, apart from this i didn't find any.

      Cons

      1. Unprofessional company(manager's can't speak in English) 2. No extra benefits(health insurance) 3. As per company's size no flexible timings 4. Gurgaon office is not maintained properly and moreover looks like govt. office. 5. At time of separation even higher management talks like a goon.
