      Pros

      Nothing Easy interview But rest all good reviews are not true.

      Cons

      Thay will cut salary and will not follow any policies. No work life balance. Hourly tracking and micromanagement. No leaves, if you will take then they will deduct money. This company is not following any policy, rules. They might provide you high salary but it's a trap. They are playing with employee's career. I had one salary on payslip which is different from bank statement and it's less than half of offered salary. I request not to join.

      Hire and fire in case you don't get project High salary offered is a trap Salary doesn't come on 1st of month No specific time of appraisal. It's up to your manager if you'll even get appraisal or not. No career growth and learning Very dirty place to work at Absolutely no extra benefits no medical insurance Gurgaon management promotes favouritism and nepotism Highly unprofessional attitude of Gurgaon management Higher management is not approachable HR head often makes mistakes Worst experience at the time of separation

      If you don't want to learn anything and have buttering skills. I would recommend you to join this company

      Cons

      Big hire and fire policy. Projects are very few and the work you will get be the outdated only. No HR policies. No overtime allowance. No Health Insurance. Very less leaves. Not a CMM5 level company. All the existing Employees/Mangers are there like goons and you always get Demoralized and humiliated by them.HR lies all the time to get you onboard and then you are trapped. After reading the above said, if you still join this company then that would be your biggest mistake of your life.
