      Pros

      Calance is a place where you will be tempted to be a leader if you are a driven individual. I call it an open playground because you have endless opportunities to learn and grow. Some positives that I found about the organisation. - The organisation has an international presence with clients spanning across the globe. - The organisation has lots of clients and projects onboard. - Highly experienced team with an average of 10 years industry experience. - High retention metric with a median stay of 8 years [source: LinkedIn]. - Colleagues and mentors are approachable. - Organization is flexible towards innovations and ideas.

      Cons

      Not all the companies come with just the upsides. Running a firm is not easy and there are bound to be some downsides. Calance is no exception to this. - Organization still functions as a startup with a really flat hierarchy. This is a challenge when size of the organisation increases.
