      I am working with the esteemed organization CALANCE for more than 05 years as SAP Practice lead. Vertical growth of the company gives the employee immense growth, both personally as well professionally. Gives fill assistance to enhance the technical skills and gets certified in the respective domain. In difficult time of PANDEMIC none of the employee was LAY OFF and acknowledge the every employee as an asset, and actually respect the work life balance. Good pay master with marginal variable company.

      Cons

      Approaching my 6th year mark and there are no real cons identified. I promise to render my suggestions if the need arises.

      Pros

      Job Security: For any employee job security is must. This is best part of any company. Calance is enough capable to keep any employee without having work on batch. Technical Exposure: Being a part of Calance, you are free to share any technical exposure with your Technical management. You are also free to share your any idea which I had done in this.

      Cons

      Health Insurance: If we are working in IT company, health Insurance also is must. Company should think about this. Infrastructure: Although it is good, but can be more better.
