Calculated Hire has been a wonderful company to work for. I have grown tremendously professionally and personally in the past year due to the trust our leadership puts in us when dealing with candidates and clients. What makes this company top tier are the people who work for our division. Everyone is so willing to help and buy-in to the success and celebration of others regardless of which market they sit in.

Cons

A bit of a learning curve to understand the industry and business when first joining, but that is the trade off of having accessibility to dealing with high-level candidates and clients.
