      Pros

      This has been my first job out of college, and to say that I was welcomed with open arms is an understatement. It is an opportunity to earn uncapped income and achieve significant success at a young age. The culture is also unparalleled, offering numerous equal opportunities for everyone. The commission structure is excellent, accompanied by amazing benefits, including free therapy, financial planning, health, dental, a 401(k), and more. The leadership genuinely cares about your success and wants you to thrive. I plan to stay here for a very long time and highly recommend Calculated Hire.

      Pros

      I used to work at a company that shouted culture from the rooftops but when you got inside it was nonexistent. Making the switch to ch was the best decision I ever made - you will never feel like you don’t have a voice or that your opinions don’t matter. I can’t even count the number of times I’ve expressed a career goal and it’s been met with “let’s make it happen”.

      Cons

      Base pay is low and even if you get starts right away, it takes a bit to feel the effects of that commission.

      -top notch culture -fun office events -opportunity for growth -flexibility to build your own career path -people are incredible -can make a lot of money from commission

      Cons

      -somewhat low base salary, but lots of room to make good money
