This has been my first job out of college, and to say that I was welcomed with open arms is an understatement. It is an opportunity to earn uncapped income and achieve significant success at a young age. The culture is also unparalleled, offering numerous equal opportunities for everyone. The commission structure is excellent, accompanied by amazing benefits, including free therapy, financial planning, health, dental, a 401(k), and more. The leadership genuinely cares about your success and wants you to thrive. I plan to stay here for a very long time and highly recommend Calculated Hire.

All employees, including consultants, are eligible to participate in our 401K plan after one year of employment - if they have worked over 1,000 hours. We even match employee contributions; this match consists of 100% of the first 3% and 50% of the next 2% of your contributions.
