Calculated Hire values their team members and clients. It's a unique opportunity to service some large company names and make an impact in local markets and on a national scale. I feel taken care of and supported by the leaders and my peers.

Cons

Sometimes a really hard industry. Navigating B2B sales comes with more rebuttals than wins but feel equipped to grow and navigate them with the team around me.

They will have you partake in a multi-step interview process and ensure you are not currently participating in other interviews. Their interview process takes over 2 weeks only for them to cancel the final interview on you, for no reason what so ever. ( Other than the hiring managers personal problems ) I would highly recommend avoiding this company as they will waste weeks of your time.
