Absolutely stellar people. From most junior up through executives, COO and CEO. Great work environment (diverse and accepting culture, reasonable work-life balance, excellent physical facilities) Reasonably competitive compensation.

Cons

Extremely limited hybrid opportunities, even in back office functions that are appropriate for hybrid. (There is flexibility to work from home case by case, but regular recurring work from home is limited to very few positions.)
