      Pros

      Flexibility in Hours and schedule, opportunity to grow with a high earning potential. Ability to create own mini business within a larger business.

      Cons

      Pushy sales strategies, competitive work environment with not a lot of comraderie. A lot of hours required to meet a base minimum, and not a lot for support provided to ensure designers do not make mistakes.

      Amazing 4 week (paid) training for designers Decent support from management and seasoned designers

      Cons

      Commission is very low when there is no business coming in. Expectation was set high when highered, business does not live up to the expectation. If they paid a salary plus commission this would be a nice design job. Showroom coverage is VERY boring! Health insurance is pretty bad. Not easy to keep a good work/life balance
