Pros

Understanding management, flexible hours, good compensation, fair benefits. It is a fairly relaxed environment with hard working employees that constantly scramble to make it all happen. Lots of job security if you are willing to put in the work.

Cons

Small amount of vacation time, no personal days. There is also a very divided atmosphere. Every department lack perspective of what other departments do and anytime something goes wrong, there is a lot of finger pointing and blame game. Also, there is very limited opportunity for advancement unless you are willing to move out of state.

Pros

I felt the training was adequate. The staff is nice and helpful especially the other designers.

Cons

I went into the field and I found that more cad training was needed was needed. Also i was working for them when they were a franchise then went to corporate. the structure was easy and fun as a franchise. When it became corporate, it became hide bound, review became the most important and departments started pointing fingers when something went wrong.

Pros

Stable and conservative. Slow and deliberate evolution allows everyone to move together at a consistent and manageable pace. Low pressure environment. Nobody ever raised their voice.

Cons

Little room for advancement or growth on the corporate side. Huge financial and preferential gap between employees and the executive level can be frustrating. Employees not always heard by supervisors.
