      The only positive aspect is that some of the installers, shop workers, and designers genuinely care about the client experience.

      The owner appears to prioritize securing the down payment over ensuring a positive client experience. Unfortunately, key decisions are often delegated to upper management and contracted services, who may lack proper training and ethical standards, leading to disappointing outcomes.

      Pros

      People and conversations were great, until offer was extended.

      Cons

      Seems like a very insecure team. Wasn't given a deadline, but I accepted in 4 days (and had expressed extreme interest). After acceptance, was asked why it took so many days to accept and if I really wanted the job. Also, had high expectation of immediate communication, when not yet employed by CC.
