      Bad culture, no support

      Pros

      The pay was good. A couple nice coworkers. Appreciated the remote work.

      Cons

      I was given very little direction or support. IT was a mess. Communication was pretty bad, manager was difficult and unkind. The general attitude in large meetings was snippy, critical, and non-supportive.

      Pros

      -in just two years I broke through to a 6 figure commission -autonomy and flexibility in the work -every day is different and interesting, you don’t get bored -so much opportunity, I see this as a long term job -great for artistic social people

      Cons

      - you need some savings or second job to get through year one - it’s all commission base so it sounds scary but if you’re good it’s so worth it -some up front costs, paying for your car (a lot of driving) laptop ect -the occasional mean client

      Brand recognition, quality product, lots of client leads, detailed training.

      Cons

      Pay is below average and not possible to support oneself if single. Training is excessively long and low pay with no commission option. Very phony corporate attitude, excessive meetings that are basic and a waste of time. Cannot earn commission until you exceed $80k per month. Very competitive. High turnover, over hiring practices, unrealistic expectations, no respect, inadequate computer equipment and software. Corporate robots and workaholics can succeed here if they want to work 7 days a week with no breaks.
