      Pros

      Get your own work van and tools quickly. Paid training. You get to work in really cool houses and some clients tip.

      Cons

      Low pay and pretty angry coworkers. Designers are awful and make it hard for installers. Production is also awful and makes it hard for installers. Manager lid to me about schedule before I was hired.

      Pros

      Excellent pay Excellent coworkers. Since 5 word minimum is required i can't say much because i been with this company for a very short period of time.

      Cons

      The company is very dishonest They nor even warned me nor set private meeting to address me the issue they nor even provided written warnings nor written corrective action . Do not buy from this company, they do have quality materials nice designs but only the fact that they mistreat their employees by firing = terminating them without warning is not worthy of trust at all.
