      Can be ok but you have to look DEEPER

      Pros

      -Get to meet new people every day -projects can be interesting and vary every day -if you're a good seller, can make a decent amount but with a ton of work involved

      Cons

      -horrible work/life balance -expected to be in communication with customers at all times- tons of follow up -company isn't really concerned with its employees well being

      Pros

      Work from home (kind of) the client will call you all hours, management expects you to work 7 days a week.

      Cons

      The pay is horrible, they spend months training you but the company does not have enough staff to produce the products so you are constantly telling your clients things will change, all ownership cares about is getting the sale, and you wont see your money for MONTHS. Also the NYC sales are almost double what any other location makes so don't believe that you will be making NYC money. My sales amount were the exact same as my NYC counterparts but their number of closets sold were half the amount - you literally have to do double the work.

      Don’t seem to care about employee health and needs, and require great amounts of labor for inequal pay.
