The San Antonio/Selma, Tx location.
They claim to pay 5% commission on the build. So a $10,000 job should pay out $500. But then designers/Management Discount the job and then pay you from the discounted price. But you are still required to do $10,000 of work.
*You only get paid for what you install (Thats fair)
But what end up happening is materials are incorrect for a variety of reasons and if you don't get to install those "high value items"(Glass doors, drawers, handles, etc) they cut that from your commission pay.
Drive Time:
If you drive in the San Antonio Area(Who knows where that boundary is) you don't get paid for your time. Outside SA, you get $10hr on top of your commission.
