Pros

Co-workers are great and generally care about their jobs. WFH available currently.

Cons

Horrible communication. Departments don't communicate, causing issues and duplicate work. Almost no employee perks. Employee discount is good but product is so expensive, the average worker cannot afford even at 50% off. Work gets piled onto the reliable workers and complainers get less work given to them.

Pros

Friendly & diverse environment (specifically speaking of coworkers) Get to see some astonishing properties Easy work (may leave you sore depending on the property or workflow in shop) Good benefits Flexible around your personal life

Cons

Guilt trip you to work over your hours Lack of training (pretty much never get training when you’re told you will) Managers don’t keep their word most of the time Managers tend to micromanage without much acknowledgement of what you’re doing right (makes it extremely tough on shop work and causes a lot of slippage on production accuracy) Shop workers seldom receive acknowledgment & are constantly spoken down to by both management and the install team Communication is severely lacking between management and employees Unrealistic expectations on delivery/arrival ETAs Punishment for tardiness is NOT universal I was hired $3 under the hiring wage range & even with a raise after 90 days was kept $1 under

Pros

Very lenient about your time as long as you do 8 hours every day. The pay is above average.

Cons

There aren't any policies and procedures in place and there wasn't any training. As time went on there was very minimal training for new employees. The atmosphere is very toxic. Management is not very helpful and they do not follow up on issues or areas of concern when you reach out. There's a revolving door to new employees. The onboarding process was horrible, there aren't any desk phones, you didn't have access to the software for up to two weeks at times when you first start. The longest term employee when I left was 2 years and 8 months. There were many changes and management did not convey or communicate in a timely manner.
