Pros

Very lenient about your time as long as you do 8 hours every day. The pay is above average.

Cons

There aren't any policies and procedures in place and there wasn't any training. As time went on there was very minimal training for new employees. The atmosphere is very toxic. Management is not very helpful and they do not follow up on issues or areas of concern when you reach out. There's a revolving door to new employees. The onboarding process was horrible, there aren't any desk phones, you didn't have access to the software for up to two weeks at times when you first start. The longest term employee when I left was 2 years and 8 months. There were many changes and management did not convey or communicate in a timely manner.

Pros

Flexibility in hours. Flexibility with working from home for some positions. Those that are in the trenches together have good comradeship.

Cons

Dangling of carrots of lightened workload. Pay for loyal hardworking employees with higher workload is a slap in the face. They need to hire more people or properly compensate the ones that are choosing to stay and work harder. You only get a 3% wage increase even though your responsibilities have increased 50%. LONG hours at month end. Some management needs some coaching.

Pros

The benefits were good and was a very casual environment but that's all I can even think of. Certainly not enough to out weigh the cons.

Cons

Too many to count - No one lasts longer than a year at this company. Management doesn't care about AP employees and the work load is outrageous.
