Pros

Good benefits package. Good place to work for an encore career moving toward retirement. Used to have fantastic training programs, many of which have been cut due to tighter budgets.

Cons

Very rule bound, not a good place for creative thinkers and problem solvers. Most of senior management have not been promoted based on ability but on tenure and willingness to play the game.

Pros

- A progressive workplace culture offering more opportunities for women and people of color and where only the most ambitious, highly adaptive will thrive in a fluid environment - A great learning environment where a youthful, energetic personality, malleable mindset can add more rungs toward upward mobility - Oulines a strong strategic plan which addresses workforce and leadership development and attrition

Cons

- A great learning environment where a youthful, energetic personality, malleable mindset combined with a "go-for-it" attitude will suggest limitless potential for those willing to accept increasingly responsible roles without much increase in compensation - Cost efficiencies are often achieved through workforce exploitation and workflows manipulation - An overly ambitious strategic plan may prove too difficult to implement
