Co-workers and Benefits, It can be entertaining working with the public. Our benefit package is fabulous especially in today's economy. Our health care benefits are unbelievable, my husband had open heart surgery, was in the hospital for 8 days and it only cost us $35. Vision and Dental. Discounts on many different things. In my perticular office, co-workers and partners truly work together and I look forward to coming to work.

Cons

Working with the public... when they are not entertaining they can be demanding and being with the State, we have VERY LITTLE flexability. The State changes things or new laws or rules change and then we are the ones to inform the public and they get angry. Sometimes it's hard to explain.
