Based on my experience, DeAnne and the CEO Stephen both made promises to employees that they did not keep. This company also played favorites and were not transparent. The culture/workplace was very toxic. The medical benefits were subpar. Based on another review, I definitely agree that they do not welcome creative ideas nor genuinely care about the vulnerable population they serve within the community. The employees who were there long-term seemed fine being puppets and underpaid. Winning grants was their top priority. It was a blessing in disguise that I had moved on to a better and more professional company.
