The reason for writing this review is to help people who might consider applying for this position as Behavioral Technician. I don't want people to experience the same thing I experienced. This company comes off as caring people that want to see you thrive. They constantly tell you that it's okay if you do not do well on the test and that you can retake it anytime. They try to instill these positive beliefs that it's okay if you mess up no one is perfect and that they care. The problem with this is the fact that they do not care about you. They want to only hire people that performs the best out of the cohort. And weed everyone else out. They had several cohorts there yet they still have job listing for the same position constantly. People who already have a job may potentially quit in order to work for a seemingly good opportunity, but in return they will end up losing there new job and completely be out of work. Please do not waste your time here. If you do want to apply here regardless, make sure you do well on everything to ensure your position here and as a safeguard do not quit your job.
They also look at your grades duribg the interview process and ask you why you may haven't done well.
