Pros

nothing even the paid training is only 10$ per hour

Cons

it was a awful experience fir me to see how they treat the kids . supervisors are mean and do not have respect fir employees . they expect you to know everything before you are taught and put you in bad situation without knowing what to do . I can say that im very disatisfied and currently looking for a other job to get rid of this company .

Pros

Some of the people here are friendly and cool. Good training Working with families is extremely rewarding. Seeing your clients improve is awesome

Cons

Supervisors take FOREVER to get back to you on questions or concerns. It's pretty unprofessional. The company just gives a vibe of shadiness. We are "RBT and CPR certified" but not really. We don't have cards or an rbt title. No raise for completing your rbt like other agencies give. The work itself is extremely tiring. Some school districts don't like the agency name so you get treated a certain way.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. We love that you enjoyed our training and the support of our supervisors. Our administrative team works hard to help all staff. CUSP puts a lot of time and resources into our initial and ongoing training. We are committed to our employees receiving this high-quality training; therefore, we are looking for people who are also committed to CUSP and eager to continue to learn and gain experience from our organization, and who will commit to 1 year of employment. We’d love to learn more about your experience and how we can improve. Please email us back at Recruitment@behavioralcusp.com.
