Pros

Some of the people here are friendly and cool. Good training Working with families is extremely rewarding. Seeing your clients improve is awesome

Cons

Supervisors take FOREVER to get back to you on questions or concerns. It's pretty unprofessional. The company just gives a vibe of shadiness. We are "RBT and CPR certified" but not really. We don't have cards or an rbt title. No raise for completing your rbt like other agencies give. The work itself is extremely tiring. Some school districts don't like the agency name so you get treated a certain way.

Pros

Really helpful staff, administration and supervisors are always there to help you if you have any questions. There's also a lot of room to grow, it is up to you to do the work to get promoted, but if you have the initiative then you will be rewarded. The work itself is also very rewarding, CUSP has a great training program before going out in the field and they give you the tools to really help a child who needs it and their families.

Cons

There can be a lot of driving involved, but if you speak to scheduling about it then they will try to accommodate you the best that they can. Some times you will have to work weekends as well, but again, scheduling will accommodate if/when needed.

Pros

You can earn promotions and move up levels quickly by taking exams and following the promotion criteria (EASY) Everyone wants to see you succeed and are very helpful in the process. There is never a closed door, you can always ask questions or bring up concerns and makes you feel welcomed.

Cons

Can sometimes be challenging driving from client to client, but the scheduling staff is great at meeting these accommodations in a timely matter.
