Pros

Friendly and supportive staff who try to accommodate for their employees. Train employees well in ABA, make sure they are prepared before placing in the field of work.

Cons

Type of wok can be very challenging. Often times you are exposed to working with clients who often exhibit difficult and at times aggressive behaviors. Scheduling can be very difficult, long hours at times and having to drive to multiple locations throughout Los Angeles and OC area. Because there are so many technicians and client requests schedulers must account for, often times your own scheduling requests are often overlooked and not fulfilled. Very little time off

Pros

I've gained such insight into my strengths and weaknesses working here at CUSP. As an individual wanting to continually improve, the level of support and criticism from supervisors and colleagues is top-notch. Anyone looking for a challenge, aimed towards maintaining a composed self being, should look to this industry and specifically with CUSP.

Cons

There were long hours and tiresome sessions with clients, that at times, I felt trapped.

Pros

Exceptional training (graduate level), can work your way up, and fun company parties with an open bar :)

Cons

Lots and lots of driving where you question if you're making any money (they only pay you in between sessions - not there or back to your house), low pay, very emotionally taxing (kids tantrum a lot and some scratch, bite, and hit you), supervisor support is hit or miss (either a pro and very responsive or they literally will ignore you which is obviously a con), gaslighting can happen, and overall, technician is last priority (1st child -as it should be -, 2nd parent, 3rd funding source, 4th school, 5th supervisor 6th seniority, 7th you the level 1 tech)
