Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. We love that you enjoyed our training and the support of our supervisors. Our administrative team works hard to help all staff. CUSP puts a lot of time and resources into our initial and ongoing training. We are committed to our employees receiving this high-quality training; therefore, we are looking for people who are also committed to CUSP and eager to continue to learn and gain experience from our organization, and who will commit to 1 year of employment. We’d love to learn more about your experience and how we can improve. Please email us back at Recruitment@behavioralcusp.com.

Pros

The mentorship at CUSP is really great. I always feel like I can ask questions and get support from my peers and other staff. You get to work with a variety of clients and families in different areas (e.g. home, school, community).

Cons

The schedule can fluctuate depending on client availability.

Pros

I felt really prepared to work as an RBT in the field because CUSP has a really extensive training. Even after I was out of training, I felt that the supervisors were really supportive. If I ever needed help, it was really easy to contact my supervisor. If you are looking to continue in the field, then CUSP really prepares you for that.

Cons

Some clients are tough. But those were the clients that did show the most progress.
