Great training, bad administration team

They offer great training and you get a great foundational skills in ABA

Cons

The pay is not the best. Management is not the best. I've walked in to our HR rep (who I'd also administration) call someone stupid, and others in the office laugh about it. This happened at least twice and other techs also have seen this
