We are so glad that you have experienced this throughout your time with us! As we grow, we continue to collect feedback from our employees on their experiences. Based on this feedback, the Learning and Development team is currently revamping our Employee Onboarding Program. We know remote work has many perks and challenges, so we are enhancing our onboarding program to ensure a seamless experience for new employees. Additionally, we have started quarterly Meet Up Groups for all major cities in North America with more than ten employees. This program was put into place to increase a sense of community and belonging for our remote first work force.
