HR is a joke here and non-existent. They make the employees slog night and day without appreciation and there is always a sword hanging above their heads.

Very good team of people, good working environment. Hires the best people then allows them to work, very little process.

Cons

No long term outlook .Only 2-3 products, with limited lifetime Salary not the best Process is increasing
