Pros

Calix found me via LinkedIn, and working here has been and will continue to be an absolute blessing. Top reasons: 1. Culture 2. Clear business purpose for each community we serve 3. Servant leadership across workgroups 4. Competitive compensation 5. Competitive benefits and perks

Cons

With company growth comes some levels of discomfort. Internal (and external) processes must adapt. New roles are being created to meet the new demands. I don't necessarily consider this a con, but I will include that here so prospective applications understand they will likely be asked to trailblaze within their role.

Great Salary, Great Benefits, Great Paid Time Off, Great Work/Life Balance, Remote Work, Great Work Culture, and Great Leadership

Cons

Fast growing so processes and procedures are changing as the company grows. Not really a bad thing unless you do not like change.
