      Pros

      The people at Calix are amazing. The pace is very fast, but everyone is invested in the success of others. The onboarding process is overwhelming to be sure, but the tools are there the time is a bit of an issue.

      Cons

      The pace is very fast and if you don't like being on zoom calls this place is not for you. We are on calls all day long and on video primarily. It is a challenging to get all of your work done at times.

      Pros

      - You're surrounded by smart, collaborative, and hard-working people. Nothing kills the culture garden faster than a bad seed, the interview process weeds these people out- stay vigilant if you're serious. - Benefits have quite a few perks (I listened to a Masterclass this morning and feel inspired to tackle the day- thank you Calix). - You are given the grace to make mistakes and the opportunity to grow through projects and continued education.

      Cons

      - Not so much a con, but a warning: You will have stacked meetings in this position throughout the day (though not every day). Multi-tasking, ability to quickly pivot, and preparedness are skills that you need to have.
