      Claix treats employees as family members. Some of the pros Great ESOPS with 2 plans tax qualified and non qualified espp, you can enroll in both plans. 401k matched 3% Great insurances, this might be the best insurance. Unlimited leaves 4 months of parental leaves for both mom and dad. Great wellness plans and reimbursement WFH, with home office furniture and you will have an option from macbook and windows laptop.
