As we have made our change to an all platform, services and software company, which meant we had to pivot our teams and adjust...which does mean with such work having to transition roles to new purpose and skill-sets where we had great talent. Management inept and lacks realistic vision. Unable to correctly judge the business. Always searching for opportunities without planning or research. Lots of hype.
