      Pros

      Calix has a great mission and purpose. Every employee contributes to our mission and culture and can see the impact they are having. It is very fast paced but the company still encourages employees to take the time they need to recharge.

      Cons

      The remote work culture of Calix is an awesome benefit, however it can be tough for individual contributors joining the team to connect and get to know co-workers. Calix recently has been encouraging and organizing regional/local team meetups and continues to look into creative ways to keep the team connected.

      -> Rapidly growing company with ample opportunities -> Competitive benefits -> Great work life balance with most roles being completely remote -> supportive culture for go-getters and self-starters

      As the company is growing and scaling things like standard operating procedures, technology, etc. are constantly evolving and employees are rewarded for constantly adapting to change as the company grows.
