      Pros

      Calix places a premium on delivering product innovation continuously and actually delivers on that commitment! I'm very pleased with investment the company is making in my own learning and development.

      Cons

      Most functions operate on a fully remote basis so it can be challenging for newcomers to build critical internal relationships outside their own function.
