      Pros

      - You really feel looked after and not just a number. Great investment made into their people. - Executive leadership team are very supportive and collaborative - Calix invests huge amount of time and resources into up-skilling their teams.

      Cons

      - Some managers stray a little into micromanagement at times, due to sales pressures

      Pros

      Calix provides employees a wide array of tools and applications for access to learning and data to be more successful and efficient The Calix team including sales engineer's, sales leadership, and field strategy team members are all incredibly talented, knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. Calix has excellent benefits and health spending programs. Calix invests in your growth and training.

      Cons

      There is a requirement for travel and this can be challenging in some roles.

      -company is very stuck in their own way, "this is how we have always done it" -internal battles over hardware vs software and who leads accounts
