Calix has some of the best management around. They are supportive, believe in a work/life balance for all and a flexible remote work environment. The management here, all the way to the CEO, really cares about their employees. Creativity and collaboration are part of the culture here and so is pushing yourself to your limits. It is hard to be bored here as Calix is so innovative and always looking to improve upon current technology. If you want to work in an environment with lots of opportunity this is your company.
Cons
It is hard to pull yourself away from your job sometimes. This is because you want to do your best to help the company obtain its goals. It is so easy to get lost in what you are doing... yes it is that interesting.
