      Some senior leadership are quick to overreact without evaluating the facts, which leads to a general fear of speaking up in a public setting.

      Pros

      When my wife has a medical issue, Calix was incredibly supportive. That support came from my manager as well as my team. I have not experienced that feeling of family at other companies.

      Cons

      Must not allow internal meetings to distract from time with customers.

      - fully remote but still great support and engagement - great benefits - opportunity for growth - autonomy to work at your own pace but there is access to support if you need it
