Pros

Calix's workflows and processes support work from anywhere. It's been working well for my team in the past 2 years while we're expanding the team. It's been fortunate to be part of a healthy growing R&D, and working on new products and technologies. Stock is very resilient as company continues to deliver its goals.

Cons

Moving fast can mean broken tools or outdated processes. Hope staffing level will catch up eventually.
