      Pros

      a fast-growing company with a lot of benefits they encourage career development and provide many opportunities to do so they take their work-from-anywhere company culture seriously and give you the tools you need to succeed

      Cons

      if you don't like fast-paced or a workforce all aligned on a mission for good, it is not for you its a growing company, and with that comes things that need to be worked out, but the culture addresses issues and moves forward

      Pros

      Calix has a great culture which starts from the top down. I've seen everyone here engage with respect and a true desire to help our customers succeed. Very little politics on view. Strong focus on giving employees opportunity for impact and career growth. Carl Russo is an inspirational leader, and along with Michael Weening has a vision for Calix and the impact we can make for our customers. And we do make an impact! Great work-from-anywhere culture and ongoing support for learning/training (Coursera, Blinkist, Audible, Exec Online).

      High workload, but super engaging :)
