Thanks for your feedback, we are regularly reviewing market practices and our own practices to ensure we provide competitive offerings. Currently, we do not offer RSUs to any employees or Executives. However, although our nonqualified ESPP does require your own investment, the 1 for 1 match (Buy 1 Get 1) with only one year vesting does provide a very good opportunity to acquire CALX stock with effectively a 50% discount and short vesting period.

I have been very pleasantly surprised at the level of employee development available at Calix. There are myriad resources to learn new skills and sharpen existing ones. Pathways to advancement are clear and well communicated. Leadership is very supportive of advancement. Compensation package is excellent. Calix's extremely thorough hiring process does lead to high quality coworkers.

Cons

Dealing with Global Supply chain issues, obviously not Calix's fault, and Calix is doing an excellent job at managing them, but it is definitely a challenge.
