      * Leadership team that cares for its employees and also takes feedbacks seriously * Every year we have survey of what can be done better and then they take actions and actually resolve all issues * Everyone is very friendly and helpful, even the top leadershipt team is easily reachable * Learning never stops here, amazing people with immense talent and you get to work and learn with them
