- People first / remote first mindset coupled with a healthy abundance of people/systems/tooling resources cultivates an environment where people and technology can thrive - Product line and direction from leadership that puts Calix in a position of growth - Benefits, culture, employee support

Cons

- We could move a little faster on adopting newer technologies / feature-sets, but am otherwise impressed with our quarterly software releases.

There’s a strong focus on flexibility, collaboration, and continuous learning, which makes it a great place to build a career. Great balance between work and life, with freedom to manage your schedule. Excellent benefits and lifestyle perks that really adds value. Plenty of opportunities for learning, skill development and advancing your career.

Cons

The fast-paced environment can be a bit challenging at times—things move quickly, so staying on top of changes takes effort. With the right support and adaptability, though, it’s definitely manageable.
