      Before I started at Calix I had done my research on the organization as they are starting new office in Bangalore ,india and it is definelty a best decision to join Calix . The Workplace culture is very good.The onboarding process was extremely amazing Management is always ready to take feed back and try to improve the process Manager is very helpful and always reachable and always appreciates the work done by employees

      Hiring process is little slow in India . The salary structure should be modified with better tax planning options

      Pros

      Calix is something special. A culture of collaboration, empowerment and caring permeates Calix. The organization is growing fast but still feels small. I have never ben a part of an organization quite like this. Truly a special place to work.

      The growth can make knowing who is the right person to ask questions difficult.
