January 4th, 2023, will mark my 2-year anniversary since joining Calix. Making the decision (As a family) to change direction and join Calix is without question the best career decision I’ve ever made….EVER! I’m so incredibly proud to be part of such an exceptional organization led by President and CEO Michael Weening. In that short time, I’ve been compensated higher, promoted and won a presidents club trip to St. Thomas with my wife. There are a few common denominators we have at Calix = An amazing culture, vision and leadership. The culture at Calix has redefined what it means to collaborate with your peers and truly impact people lives. What we do on a daily basis feels awesome and gives me purpose, accountability and motivation. Our vison is to enable BSP’s to “Simplify their business, Excite their subscribers and Grow their communities” and that’s exactly what we do. Our leaders listen, they give feedback and encourage the team to have a voice. They follow through, keep their word and uphold integrity – That’s why I joined Calix.
