      Significant investment in the tools/software & training provided to employees. Great opportunity for growth. Teammates are always willing to help and collaborate on new opportunities.

      It can be a challenge to stay current on all of the changes/updates.

      Pros

      -The people are open, accepting and so helpful -The culture is positive and benefits showcase we genuinely care in the advancement of staff both personally and professionally - The overall work-life balance is good and vacation day allotment is generous - ELT members are involved in the day to day business and keep staff updated with business decisions

      Cons

      - There are a lot of meetings as this is a virtual company, so much of your day is taken up with meetings and then you have to catch up on work - There are many time zones to deal with, meaning sometimes you need to work late or log on early
