      Pros

      - the people - leadership team - benefits/pay - making a huge difference in the telecom industry - helping provides give broadband to underserved communities

      Cons

      - can feel like a start-up even though it's a well established company - job responsibilities and even internal processes can be messy sometimes - not a con for me, but you need to be self motivated especially being WFH
