The management is lacking clear direction, which makes execution challenging. Processes change unexpectedly, creating difficulties in keeping up. Developers are under pressure to perform despite these hurdles. Additionally, the quality of IT execution is subpar, and management often displays an arrogant attitude, failing to treat employees with respect. No career growth.

- Senior leadership doesn't trust its people managers. - Annual skip-level evaluations (via recorded presentations) are designed to cull salespeople. - Poor communication and adversarial relationships between teams. - No equity (via RSUs or options) are available to most people in the company.
