      Calix is a good place to work.

      Cons

      Access companies are dying and not very interesting. Calix and other access companies have to transition themselves to new products and services to support long term growth.

      Good people to work with, Free stuff in break room

      Cons

      Every time you turn around another layer is added to management, or one has left. They never stick to one process and protect it, instead another process or team is created and the process changes.
