      Great people to work with, good balance between work and life.

      Cons

      A lot of experienced senior position, if hire more young fresh graduate will have some new ideas for the company.

      Changing Environment

      Pros

      Calix has some of the greatest and loyal employees. Some teams allow you to work remote. They have free drinks.

      Cons

      VERY top heavy! New executives coming in and others are jumping ship. Calix is in the middle of changing their focus. Some groups have amazing leaders and executives but a few other ones do not. The culture is hostile in some areas. Know what your waling into!
